Matt was incredible to work with throughout the wedding planning and on our wedding day. After seeing Matt’s work and then an initial phone call, I knew we were in good hands. Matt is extremely professional and personable. As we were making decisions and planning, he offered great advice and never pressured us. My husband and I first met Matt for an engagement session. We were both feeling unsure of what to do in front of the camera, but Matt eliminated any of that worry immediately. He was so helpful! His sense of humor and excitement for his work made us feel comfortable. Leading up to the wedding, Matt maintained great communication and set up a schedule for the day. On our wedding day, Matt brought the best energy. He made everyone feel relaxed for pictures. He also ensured that we got all of the portraits before the ceremony so we could enjoy cocktail hour. He made great suggestions when a rain storm came out of nowhere during pictures as well. He captured so many beautiful moments during the wedding. I cannot recommend Matt Genders enough.

Even from the beginning stages of wedding planning, working with Matt was great! Terrain at Styers in Glen Mills is every Philadelphia wedding photographer's dream to shoot. These particular photos were from a branding shoot with BHLDN, but perfectly illustrate why I love shooting at Terrain. Cairnwood Estate is a large house once owned by the Pitcairn family. A combination of old-world charm and gilded-era decor makes this one of the most unique Philadelphia-area wedding venues. The grounds and the cathedral are just two reasons to love this venue.

I love weddings at the Fairmount Horticulture Center. It is beautiful year round, and might have the best consistent light in all of the Philadelphia wedding venues. Out of all the wedding venues in Pennsylvania, this venue is definitely top of my list!
